Alsatian Bakery Rio Medina Store There are several antique shops in Castroville. Swimming in the river is wonderful! Very peaceful, but please swim at your own risk. It is a natural river and there are submerged logs and typical Texas river critters! Hondo is a twenty-minute drive west on Highway 90. Several antique shops across the railroad tracks in the old part of town. Ask about the Airport Café for dining.
